Off-piste with a local guide

From a two hours introductory powder lesson to a full day multi-resort tour experience, EPIC has something for everyone. With EPIC ‘s guides living in the area all winter long they know where the best snow is to be found on any given day.

Your guide will take into consideration the current weather and snow conditions to tailor an off-piste experience to suit your standard and expectations.

All EPIC guides are experienced, qualified and use the latest in avalanche technology to insure your off-piste experience is a safe and enjoyable one.

Specification

Ages: All ages
Disciplines: Skiing and snowboarding
Ability Level: Tours will be planned individually depending on skill level.
2 hour guiding from: 9am, 10am or 1pm
3 hour guiding from: 9am or 1pm
Full day guiding from: 9am or 10am
Participants: For safety reasons no more the 6 people per guide are allowed when skiing off-piste.
Meeting Point: Your EPIC instructor will meet you at a convenient location.

The Epic Shop - Privà Alpine Lodge

A great advantage for Epic guests is our very own sports shop located in the Privà Alpine Lodge, Lenzerheide. We have the lastest Fischer skis and boots for all ages and abilities. Your Epic team is more than happy to make the necessary reservations to make you time in Lenzerheide as stress free as possible.

Please allow 1 hour before the start of your lesson to collect equipment and meet your instructor

What to expect

Beginners

Beginning on the piste with your experienced instructor, you will be taken through the necessary steps to insure you have the knowledge and confidence to go away from the prepared slopes. Starting in easy flat terrain to insure you enjoy your first turns in the new world of off-piste skiing and then slowly increasing the difficulty when you are ready to move on.

Intermediate / Advanced

Taking into consideration your experience and skill level, you will be taken to the appropriate off-piste slopes so you get the most out of your time.

Safety gear

Avalanche safety equipment is also available to rent from CHF 40 per day per person.
