Scaredy Cat Days

“Scaredy cat” is a term used to describe the fear or apprehension that some of us experience while riding. The feeling of nervousness or anxiety can be quite overwhelming at times and this comes from not feeling safe and in control while on a bike. It’s sad to say but Scaredy cat bikers can sometimes avoid cycling altogether or even come up with excuses why they can’t ride that day.

This is where EPIC comes in! With patience and the right coaching we aim to overcome that fear, build up confidence so you can enjoy biking for what it really is…..FUN!

What are Scaredy Cat days?

Scaredy Cat days are a combination of our weekly program, an accomodation package in Revier Mountain Lodge and equipment rental. How you book your Scaredy Cat package is up to you. You can choose to bring your own bike and just join the course or combine everything into a 2 day multi-course learning experience. 

What if im not a Scaredy Cat?

Non Scaredy Cats can still take  advantage of this package and join our weekly program course for the more experienced.

Monday or Thursday – 09:00 or 13:30 – Bikepark for Beginners
Monday or Thursday – 09:00 or 13:30 – Bikepark Bumps & Jumps

Tuesday or Friday – 09:00 or 13:30 – Trail riding for Beginners
Tuesday or Friday – 09:00 or 13:30 – Intro to Switchbacks
