We have all been out on the trails and having the ride of our lives when all of a sudden a tight switchback corner arrives to spoil our day. This little corner just shatters our confidence and with frustration we stop the bike, hope off and walk around. The whole time we say to ourselves “next time i won’t hesitate, next time i wont stop, next time i won’t……..”
The EPIC switchback training weekend is there to build up your confidence and technique step by step so there won’t be a next time.
The course is lead by experienced Swiss Cycling instructors that have the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to ride the perfect switchback.

Starting out slow on flat terrain we combine the correct movements with training cones until we are ready to move to the next step. Practise makes perfect and when ready we head to the skills centre which provides us with plenty of options to put our new skills to the test.
Today is trail day as you ride some of your instructors favourite trails to put your new switchback skills into practise. You will be constantly coached and your technique refined through out the day so you leave the course knowing what to do “next time….”
This course is aimed at the intermediate biker that has a willingness to learn and take their riding to the next level. You have to be confidant on intermediate single trails with a moderate level of fitness to be able to spend the whole day on the bike. We will take full advantage of the Lenzerheide lift system to get us to the top of the trails.
