E-Mountain bikes or E-MTB’s are brilliant and when used correctly they can open up a new world to mountain bikers, keep people riding longer or just let everyone ride together having more fun out on the trails.
In our Safety and Handling for beginners course you will be given the basic foundation and leave with the knowledge and comfort to take your E-MTB places you never thought possible.
The basic course includes, setting up the controls, balance, position on the bike, braking, cornering technique, slow and controlled manoeuvring, starting uphill, correct gear shifting and pedal management to name a few.
If you new to the world of Electric Mountain Biking and want tips and tricks from Swiss Cycling E-MTB instructors then the Safety & Handling course is for you.
The Intermediate / advanced courses are aimed at riders who have already acquired the basics and would now like to go a step further.
Spending most of the time on single trails of various levels we focus on getting up and over obstacles, steeper uphills downhills while maintaining flow.
