Beginner Course
Our Beginner Bike Park Course is designed to introduce you to the exciting world of bike park riding. Safety is always our top priority, and the pace of the course is adapted to each rider’s ability.
You will also learn how to move safely and confidently in the bike park. Topics include riding position, braking, cornering, and jumping — everything you need to help you progress step by step to the next level.
Bumps & Jumps Course
The Jumps and Bumps Course starts where the beginner course ends. Safety remains the top priority as we help you progress with jumping and riding drops, pushing you beyond what you thought was possible.

Since winter 2020, we’ve proudly owned a sports shop at the PRIVÁ Alpine Lodge Lenzerheide, offering a wide selection of top-quality rental equipment for (e-)mountainbike, downhillbikes, kidsbikes, kidstrailer and accessories.
Simply reserve your equipment online and pick it up conveniently from our shop. This way, you can start your bike adventure perfectly prepared and stress-free.

09:15 AM – Head to the bike park for the morning program working on breaking & cornering

01:00 PM – Back to the park for techinical coaching and jumps
