Ride, Work and Play with Epic Lenzerheide

The Epic Snowsports School

Ski Instructor

For the entire season or just the peak season.
Hourly wage basis.

February 9 – February 22, 2026
 
Requirements:
You are highly independent, love working with both children and adults, and speak fluent German and English. Ideally, you already have teaching experience.
Skiing is your passion.
 
Responsabilities: 
You will teach guests the correct skiing techniques, help them overcome their fears, and ensure they feel comfortable on the slopes. We offer lessons at all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers.

To receive a discounted season pass, you must work at least 20 days for the snowsports school.

The Epic Bike School

Bike Instructor
For the entire season or just the peak season.
Hourly wage basis.

June 2026 – October 2026
 
Peak season
June 29 – August 16, 2026
 
Requirements:

You are at least 18 years old, can work independently and responsibly, love working with children and adults, speak fluent German, and ideally also English. Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

You will teach biking or e-biking techniques. Our core business is the “Downhill Kids” program, with lessons taking place in the skills and bike park. We also offer adult courses and guided rides in the valley.
