Epic Racing was founded in the summer of 2023 so we could spend more time with our children and create unforgettable memories on the bike. We definitely achieved this goal. But Epic Racing quickly became much more than just fun weekends with our kids on the trails. We still enjoy the races and the time together but the team rapidly developed into the leading youth Gravity Racing team in Switzerland.
Epic Racing is a perfect example of what’s possible when young talent receive the right structure, support and guidance. When we started we though it would be nice to one day have a Swiss Champion amongst us and this goal was achieved by Nando Caminada in 2024 when he won the U17 Swiss Championships in Lenzerheide. The following year Maddie Rosen won her red jersey with the U17 Women’s win in Wiriehorn. The same year Noe Forlin received the Silver medal at the UCI World MTB Championship as a junior enduro rider and finished 10th in the downhill.
What’s next for Epic Racing? Where are we headed? The truth is only time will tell. But it’s been fun so far.
The 2026 season you will see Epic Racing at the Bike Kingdom Kids Cup, Hot Trail Series, Rookies Cup, IXS Cup, European Downhill Cup and World Cups. Come and say hi.

Joining the Epic Racing Academy is very easy. If you are between 6 and 16 years old participate in the Kids Cup Series, love being on your bike and want to improve your skills simply contact us for more information.
The main Epic Racing team is invitation only. Riders are selected based on their skills, dedication to racing dedication to racing and other qualities that make champions. We are present at all races and observe young talents so just come by and say hello. A small tip: being part of the Academy team certainly doesn’t hurt.
“Old Man” racing is for the dads of team riders that race. To join Old Man Racing you have to be old, fat and think your faster then what you actually are.
The older we get, the faster we were!
