EPIC is based in Lenzerheide although we do take our guest to other resorts near by if required. EPIC instructors regularly take their guest to there ski resorts in the area. Lenzerheide is a great place to learn to ski and the beginner area is free to use. You will slowly be taken higher up on the mountain when your instructor feels you are ready.
Yes, you are free to extend at any time during your lesson.
Extensions per hour cost CHF 90 per hour. If a lesson is extended to a full day then the difference between a full days lesson and the original booking will be charged.
Discount are only offered when 5 or more full consecutive days are booked.
Yes, you can split up your instructor time how ever you like.
You can pay your instructor directly in cash or by credit card. Pre-payments can be made by bank transfer. Credit cards payment incur a 2.5% processing fee.
For safety reason a maximum of 6 people per guide when going off-piste.
Your EPIC instructor will meet you at the most convenient location for you. We can pick you up at your hotel, meet you at a ski shop or at the lift.

Most long term EPIC clients reserve their instructor a year in advance to make sure they don’t miss out.

Yes, unless the instructor is already requested EPIC will do their best to make sure you get instructor you want. Male, female, young or older. EPIC will always try to make sure you get the correct instructor.
Only EPIC can cancel lessons due to weather. There is always a hidden protected area to find.
There is no maximum number of people per instructor. For lesson quality EPIC recommends no more the 6 people per instructor.
Our philosophy is a little different from other ski schools in the area. Although the actual snowsport instruction side has and will always be very important, for us it is just as important that the guest has an overall positive experience in the mountains. This consists not only of great snowsports instruction but of all the other aspects that make a memorable trip to Lenzerheide
Whatever a guest requires, we organize it. Accommodation, equipment rental, after ski activities, restaurants, the list is endless. We like our guests to be able to switch off, relax and let EPIC do the thinking for them while they are on holidays.
Instructors are fluent in English and German. Lessons in French are also possible.
A local dialect of German is spoken in the area but English is very well know language through out Switzerland so there wont be any communication problems.
Lenzerheide wasn’t a ski resort designed on a computer and cut through the landscape. Lenzerheide was and always will be a traditional alpine village that has developed into a world class ski area over time.
Depending on how many people traveling the cost for an airport transfer is around CHF 450.
Yes, EPIC is more then happy to make all your reservations for you.
EPIC Snowsports doesn’t have equipment to rent but we work closely with several sports shops in town and can reserve you equipment at the most convenient location or you.
